Description

We hope that you will join us at this free event to discuss what helps people with Fibromyalgia and long term musculokeletal pain to live well. The event is open to anyone affected by or with an interest in Fibromyalgia and long term pain. You can drop in throughout the day and stay for as long as you want.

Share your thoughts and opinions around what works for you and what gets in the way. Meet with the services that are available across Brighton & Hove. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

The Brighthelm Centre is centrally located in Brighton, and is fully accessible to people with disabilities.

By train:

The Brighthelm Centre is easily accessible by foot. Simply walk straight down Queen`s Road towards the town, you will find us on the corner between North Road and Queens Road, look for our `Bright Now Cafe` sign on our building! The walk takes approximately 3 minutes.

By Bus:
The 6, 7, 22, 27, 48 Bus stops are very close to the Centre.

By car:
We have limited car parking spaces available. Spaces must be booked in advance (please call 01273 821512) and cost £7.20 foru p to 4hrs and £14.40 for all day (8.30-5pm). To gain access, please use the entry phone on North Road and contact Reception. If our car park is full, there is an RCP car park next door.
